1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, if the item:

• Is in its original condition (unused, unwashed)
  
  
• Includes original tags and packaging
  
  
• Has not been cut or altered
  
  

2. Not Eligible for Return

• Cut-length fabric (custom cut as per order)
  
  
• Discounted or clearance sale items
  
  
• Items that are washed, damaged, or altered post-delivery
  
  

3. How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@vastravan.shop with:
  
  
  • Order number
    
    
  • Reason for return
    
    
  • Clear photos (if applicable)
    
    

Upon approval, we will arrange pickup or share a return address.

4. Refund & Exchange

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via UPI.
  
  
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to a defect or error.
